Your request for a booking will not be confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us via email. When you receive your confirmation, please check that all details are correct, and contact us immediately with any changes.
If you require amendments to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges will apply where the distance or duration of the service is extended. Please note, it may not be possible to amend bookings if requested on the day of service, or if changes will interfere with other scheduled services.
We accept credit card, PayPal and direct deposit. Payment is required prior to service, including any relevant deposits (see below).
Deposits, cancellations and refunds
Weddings and special events require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 14 days in advance of the service. Within 7 days of the date of the service, the charge for services is non-refundable.
The following cancellation fees apply to set destination services:
- Up to 24 hours´ notice – 100% refund or full credit for your next booking
- Less than 24 hours´ notice – 50% refund or 75% credit for your next booking
- Within 2 hours or no show – full charges apply
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
We offer an on-time guarantee, so if your driver is not at the agreed pickup location at the time of your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Prices and gratuities
Prices are calculated on kilometres traveled or hourly rates, depending on the service you have selected. Any airport fees or tolls incurred during your trip will also be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice, except where there are previous agreements with a fixed term.
The instant quote function gives a base price based on estimated kilometres to be traveled including GST. This estimate does not include any tolls or airport fees that may be incurred during your journey. Whilst every effort will be made to advise you of the complete cost of your journey before travel, including fees or tolls, this may not always be possible (for example if you decide to change your route). Your Tax Invoice will reflect the base price, plus any extra fees or tolls incurred during your journey.
Hourly services require a two hour minimum booking, and charges will commence from the time specified in your booking, for each hour or part thereof. The instant quote function does not reflect hourly rates, please use the book now or contact us button for a quote for hourly services.
Public holidays Christmas Day and New Years Eve are subject to surcharges of 20%, 50% and 50% respectively. These prices will be reflected in your booking confirmation at the time of booking.
After hours rates apply to any pickups or drop offs that occur between 11pm and 5am. These journeys will incur a 25% surcharge.
For repeat customers, loyalty rates are available based on frequency of use of our services. Please enquire to see what we can offer you.
Our drivers do not require gratuities, although you may choose to offer a tip at your own discretion.
Courtesy wait times
For domestic airport pickups, a courtesy wait time of 20 minutes will apply from the time of the actual arrival of your flight. For international arrivals, a 45 minute courtesy wait time will apply from the time of arrival of the flight. If you are unable to arrive at the agreed pickup spot within these times, please contact your driver on the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Your driver will keep an eye on the progress of your flight in the hours leading up to your pickup to ensure they are aware of the actual arrival time of your flight.
For non-airport services, a 10 minute courtesy wait time will apply to your service.
For all services, an extra fee will apply for time that the driver waits in excess of the courtesy wait time. Wait times that exceed courtesy periods will incur a fee of $20 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
For international arrivals, your driver will wait for you in the international arrivals hall, with your name displayed.
For domestic arrivals, your driver will wait for you at the baggage carousel corresponding to your flight, with your name displayed.
Conditions of Carriage
Food and alcohol
Please advise your driver prior to travel if you wish to consume food in the vehicle. We will do our best to accommodate you, however driver permission is required. No alcohol may be consumed within the vehicle.
Smoking and illegal substances
Smoking and/or the possession of illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicle at any time, in accordance with Australian law. Failure to comply will result in the termination of the service or refusal of travel without a refund.
Refusal of travel
In the event that any passenger behaves in a manner that is anti-social, threatening or unsafe to other passengers or to the driver, the driver may choose to terminate the service immediately, or refuse travel to that passenger. In this instance, no refund will be available.
Only assistance animals or assistance animals in training will be permitted in the vehicle.
Seatbelts and child seats
Passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers will be held liable for failing to comply with this requirement.
Enviro Limo can provide a baby or child seat for children up to 8 years old. Please advise us at the time of booking if you require a child or baby seat, including the age of the child who will use the seat.
Lost or damaged property
Enviro Limo accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged property. In the event that an item is found in our vehicle, we will contact the client and attempt to return the item within 24 hours, provided it can be delivered within the Greater Brisbane region. Alternatively, we will make arrangements for the customer to collect the item from us or for it to be sent at their cost. In the event that the owner cannot be contacted or located, the item will be delivered to a police station.
Damage to our vehicle
In the event that a client or passenger causes damage to our vehicle, including soiling the interior or exterior, the client or passenger will be required to pay all costs associated with returning the vehicle to its pre-hire condition. These costs may include, but are not limited to cleaning, repair and loss of income for the time the vehicle is out of service.
Enviro Limo will not be held liable for any loss or delay for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic delays
- Vehicle breakdown
In the event we are unable to complete your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a substitute service.

This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
